How to calm anxious thoughts

Do you ever have those days when you just can’t stop having anxious thoughts about problems and those thoughts won’t go away?  In fact the more you try to make them go away, the worse it gets.  You can try and calm them down by using positive statements or affirmations but usually until you address the actual problem itself, this won’t help much.  If we use positive affirmations but don’t really believe what we’re saying, they aren’t really going to make much difference.  In fact they can make us feel worse as they can start a cycle of self doubt - Read More
